About Our Family

We're a busy Mill Valley family of four (five if you count our sweet 13-year-old dog!), with a 7-year-old daughter in first grade, an 8-month-old son in full-day daycare. Both parents work full-time, high-pressure roles with occasional travel, and we split time between working from home and the office. With both parents working hybrid schedules, our home is lively, and we are focused on managing the household with the ultimate goal of having more time together and a more restorative home environment.

We value spending quality time outdoors—there's a trail right by our house—and we love exploring San Francisco and heading up to Guerneville on the Russian River during the summer. We're looking for someone who can help us get the basics back on track so our limited time together is actually spent together, not buried in laundry or scrambling to figure out dinner. Despite our busy lives, we are committed to making more quality time for family moments, whether that's supporting the kids in their activities or simply enjoying time together at home. We're looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into our home, help us maintain a calm and organized environment, and allow us to fully relax in our downtime.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

We are looking for a self-directed, proactive individual who thrives in high-energy, dynamic family environments. You take pride in your work and are comfortable overseeing daily household tasks independently while maintaining a calm, organized presence in our home.

You are someone who thrives on creating order and making sure everything is running smoothly behind the scenes. You are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented—able to anticipate needs and tackle tasks without needing to be told while always keeping each family member's needs in mind. We value someone who can read the room, step in when necessary, and handle tasks with a calm, steady energy—and of course, a great sense of humor is a must!

You're calm, organized, and experienced at integrating into our family rhythm without needing a lot of hand-holding. You take initiative, think ahead, and aren't afraid to speak up if you notice something that could make life easier for us. You're a proactive communicator who thrives on creating and improving home systems. You have strong emotional intelligence, are able to read the room, and are comfortable in a home with young kids and a senior dog.
