General DescriptionResponsible for providing supportive counseling and independent living skills training to assigned residents and assisting the Program Supervisor in implementing agency policies and procedures. Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist the Program Supervisor with daily operations, staffing coverage, administrative meetings, and program oversight in their absence.Meet with residents weekly to develop, review, and monitor person-centered service plans and goals.Provide supportive counseling, crisis intervention, case management, behavioral support, and coordination with treatment teams and other contacts.Teach and support independent living skills, including medication management, personal care, household tasks, meal planning, budgeting, education, employment, and recreation.Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, service records, charts, reports, reviews, audits, and related communications.Support safe residential operations through admissions, fund and bill management, house meetings, inspections, repairs, fire-safety activities, transportation, and site coverage.Train and orient staff, attend supervision and required training, follow agency policies, contribute process improvements, and complete other assigned duties. #oct2026
