The Warbler is a new 58-room boutique hotel opening on New Orleans’ historic St. Charles Avenue, home to Mildred’s Restaurant & Bar, a café, and a rooftop bar. Learn more at thewarblerhotel.com. We’re hiring a Houseperson to help keep our property clean, organized, and guest-ready ahead of our September 2026 opening — reporting to the Executive Housekeeper.

What You’ll Do

• Support guest room cleaning and laundry operations, keeping Room Attendants stocked and supported
• Clean and maintain public areas — lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and fitness center
• Sweep and clean walkways, sidewalks, and the car port area
• Clean, organize, and restock guest supplies in all storage rooms
• Complete recurring deep-clean projects and assist the Front Desk as needed

What You’ll Need

• Prior experience in housekeeping, office cleaning, or janitorial service preferred
• Boutique, lifestyle, or independent hotel experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job done right
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
