HCT is seeking an experienced Nursing professional to serve as House Supervisor at a 200+ bed hospital in Massachusetts. Night Shift. The House Supervisor will assume administrative responsibility for the management of multiple departments while unit managers and directors are off shift.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; (MSN) preferred
- Experience: 2 years of supervisory experience combined with 3-5 years of Emergency or Critical Care work experience; excellent clinical and interpersonal skills; critical thinking skills in an acute care environment with demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- License: Current state of Massachusetts RN License required
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC ( Preferred)
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite
Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare, and transportation.
Pay Range: $155,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location.
