House Supervisor

A hospital in Conroe, TX is seeking a mid-level House Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight across the facility. This is an on-site, in-person position with no remote work option and no relocation assistance provided.

The role. The House Supervisor serves as the administrative and clinical authority for the facility during their shift, coordinating patient care, staffing, and operational needs across units. This role requires sound clinical judgment and the ability to lead nursing staff through dynamic, fast-paced situations, with a particular emphasis on behavioral health patient populations.

Compensation. $90,000 - $95,000 per year
