About The Career Functions

As a leader in healthcare, this role assumes responsibility for coordination of clinical services hospital-wide. Coordinates and supervises nursing personnel and directs other ancillary departments as needed. Is responsible for making administrative decisions necessary to maintain the operation of the hospital during assigned hours as a representative of the nurse managers, Chief Nursing Officer, and Administration.

All About You

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associates diploma or Bachelors degree.
• 5 years of clinical experience is required.
• BCLS (Basic Life Support Certification) is required on hire.
• The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required.
