Location: Montrose, CO 81401

• Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts

• Pay Range: $34.10 – $54.56/hr (based on experience)

• Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years of relevant RN experience (leadership preferred)

• Licensure: Must have passed NCLEX

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital operations and staffing during shift

• Support clinical teams and ensure patient care standards

• Act as liaison between departments and leadership

• Respond to escalations and ensure regulatory compliance
