House Supervisor – St. Bernardine Medical Center

As our House Supervisor, you will guide and support our nursing teams, ensuring seamless patient care and smooth hospital operations. This role is central to keeping our mission alive—delivering safe, compassionate, and excellent care to every patient, every time.


What You Will Do


+ Lead and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.

+ Monitor hospital operations, allocate resources effectively, and respond to urgent needs.

+ Support and coach nursing staff, contributing to growth, development, and performance.

+ Document daily staffing and administrative records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

+ Collaborate across departments to maintain continuity of care.

+ Provide direct nursing care to patients when needed, keeping families informed and supported throughout the process.

Qualifications


+ Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g. ADN).

+ Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience

+ Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice

+ AHA-Basic Life Support (BLS)

+ AHA-ACLS

+ AHA-PALS
