Position Summary:

The Household Coordinator (HHC) is responsible for the daily operations and functioning of the household in addition to his/her life enrichment duties. The HHC partners with the RNCC to ensure that all care and services to the residents are provided in a resident directed manner. With the team in each household, staff work to create a home and to provide the residents with the highest quality of life and quality of care in the household served by a team of household staff. Each HHC will have a blended role and continue to serve the residents in life enrichment while assuming 24-hour responsibility for the non-clinical functions of the household.

Education and Experience:

• Previous work experience with the elderly.
• Social Services or Activities background is preferred.
• Must possess current certification as a Nursing Assistant/Registered and be listed on the Minnesota Board of Nursing - Nursing Assistant Registry or willing to be certified within three (3) months of employment.

• Possess leadership ability, problem solving skills, ability to prioritize responsibilities and to work under stressful situations, good verbal and written communication skills, self-directed and work autonomously.
• Collaborates and works effectively with others.
• Possess patience, confidentiality, sensitivity and maintain confidence.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation decisions are made based off of several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification and licensure as well as internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of their hourly range.

Hourly Range:

$21.08 to $29.06
