Presbyterian Homes & Services - Highland Ridge is seeking a Household Coordinator to join its team. The Household Coordinator is responsible for leading, managing and supporting the Resident Assistant (CNA) team (residents, family and staff). This position will partner with the Clinical Coordinator to lead the Care Center.
REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Household Coordinator reports to the Campus Administrator. This position oversees the work of all staff working in the Care Center (regardless of reporting structure). This position directly supervises the Resident Assistant (CNA) staff in the Care Center and is responsible for employee engagement.
