Description

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Household Manager / Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO with multiple business ventures. This role serves as a trusted right hand, ensuring that the executive's home, schedule, travel, vendors, and day-to-day personal affairs are managed with exceptional attention to detail and discretion. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Success in this role requires anticipating needs, maintaining impeccable organization, and creating a seamless, well-run household that allows the executive to focus on business responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive's personal calendar, appointments, and daily logistics.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household.

  • Manage household vendors, contractors, and service providers.

  • Coordinate housekeeping, laundry, dry cleaning, wardrobe care, and household organization.

  • Maintain closets, inventory, and personal shopping needs.

  • Work with Chef to coordinate meal planning and grocery procurement.

  • Monitor household supplies and ensure the residence is consistently maintained to the highest standards.

  • Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
