Room Attendant / Housekeeper
SpringHill Suites by Marriott is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms and public areas to Marriott brand standards while providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott standards.
- Make beds, dust furniture, vacuum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms.
- Replenish guest supplies, linens, and amenities.
- Report maintenance issues and lost-and-found items.
- Ensure assigned rooms are completed within target time.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and work spaces.
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests when needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule: Weekends and holidays may be required based on hotel occupancy.
