Job Title: Housekeeper Department: Housekeeping Pay Rate: \$16.00 / hr. Part-time Job Summary: The Housekeeper at Residence Inn by Marriott is responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests by ensuring guest suites and public areas meet Marriott brand standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an extended-stay experience by focusing on attention to detail, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Clean and service guest suites, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, in accordance with Marriott standards - Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities - Clean kitchen areas including sinks, appliances, dishes, and countertops - Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures - Sanitize high-touch surfaces to maintain health and safety standards - Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized work areas - Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management - Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries - Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, laundry rooms, and lobbies as assigned - Follow all company safety and security procedures Qualifications: - Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required - Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness - Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25-50 lbs for extended periods - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Work Environment: - Fast-paced hotel environment - Physical demands including repetitive motion, lifting, and prolonged standing - Exposure to cleaning chemicals (training and safety equipment provided) Why Work at Residence Inn by Marriott: - Opportunity to be part of a globally recognized brand - Team-oriented work environment - Employee discounts on Marriott properties worldwide - Opportunities for growth and advancement within Marriott International For more information and how to apply Email: eve.dery@bk-investments.com Walk-in\'s are also welcome.
