Responsibilities:
- Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment
- Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
- Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
- Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
