Hotel Housekeeper

Job Summary



We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and hotel areas while providing excellent service to our guests.



Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize assigned areas.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests when needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and respectful attitude.
• Report lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
• Complete assigned rooms within established timeframes.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment as required.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
