Job Overview:To maintain a high quality standard of cleanliness and provide courteous service to guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Make-Up Day: Straighten and clean assigned rooms, houses, public areas and staff areas to specifications provided during training. This includes:
oClean: Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, etc.
oWash and dry: Dishes, plates, and flatware
oEmpty: Garbage
oRemake or change beds as necessary
oRestock: Towels, soap, tissues, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and coffee
oDust, vacuum, wash bathroom and kitchen floors
oCleaning: Toilets, tubs and sinks
oMaintain utility, stock carts and vans and order needed supplies from Laundry
Changeover Day: When guests check-out, clean all rooms and houses assigned to you.
oCleaning includes all tasks on make-up day as well as:
Change all linensClean inside: Drawers, closets, refrigeratorsWash: Garbage cans and recycle containersWipe down: Pictures, moldings, doorsReplace: Laundry bags, hangers, room folder supplies, and shower curtainsMaintain utility, stock carts and vans and order needed supplies from LaundrySection Leader will call office for more instructions
Other duties as assigned.

Mathematical Skills:Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers using units of money, weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability:Ability to apply sound and prudent judgement to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Able to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
