What You'll Do In This Role:
Make a meaningful difference right where it matters most—at home. As a Housekeeper, you’ll provide personalized, light housekeeping support to participants based on their individual care plans, helping create a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment. Working primarily one-on-one in participants’ homes and in the day center, you’ll play an important role in supporting independence, dignity, and overall well-being through thoughtful, reliable service.
Key Responsibilities
Supportive Services provided to participants:
- These services include vacuuming, light dusting, dishes, laundry, cleaning participant occupied spaces, garbage disposal, and support preparation for home pest treatment services.
- Psychosocial support tailored to participant needs during the scheduled home visit as outlined in the plan of care.
- Engagement in diversion activities, including redirection and companionship

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Certifications & Experience
- High School diploma or GED, required
- Reliable transportation and a valid Michigan Driver’s License.
- Possess current CPR certification by AHA or willing and able to obtain as offered by LifeCircles.
- At least one year of experience working with frail elderly or long-term care populations.
