HOUSE CLEANER
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / As-Needed.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to perform thorough cleaning and maintenance of a private residence. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, respects the privacy of the household, and consistently delivers high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors and staircases.
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, furniture, baseboards, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen, including countertops, appliances, stovetop, and sink.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Change and launder bed linens as directed.
- Clean interior windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Organize and tidy rooms according to household standards.
- Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.) as needed.
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or supply needs promptly.
- Follow any specific cleaning protocols or product preferences of the household.
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping or residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of household privacy.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation.
- References required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a private estate or luxury residence.
- Familiarity with specialty surfaces (hardwood, marble, stainless steel).
- Knowledge of eco-friendly or chemical-sensitive cleaning products.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience $13-$20 / hour.
