Housekeeper/Inspector-Home 2 Suites, Garden Grove, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper/Inspector for our extended stay hotel. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that our brand is known for. The ideal candidate will assist in various housekeeping tasks, especially during peak times, and ensure compliance with Hilton Home2 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Room Cleaning/Inspections- Conduct thorough cleaning/inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet Hilton Home2 cleanliness and quality standards.

Cleaning Assistance- Assist housekeeping staff in cleaning guest rooms and public areas, particularly during busy periods or when the team is short-staffed.

Laundry Duties- Help with laundry operations as needed, ensuring that linens and towels are clean, fresh, and available for use.

Assign Housekeeping Boards-Manage and assign daily housekeeping boards to staff, ensuring efficient workflow and coverage of all areas.

Training and Support-Provide guidance and support to housekeeping staff, offering training on best practices and Hilton standards.

Inventory Management- Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring that the housekeeping team is well-equipped.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of Hilton Home2 guidelines is a plus.

Schedule- Part-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.

- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
