JOB OVERVIEW
The Housekeeping Inspector is responsible for inspecting designated guest rooms and public areas of the resort in a continued effort to deliver outstanding guest services. The Housekeeping Inspector assists the Executive Housekeeper in keeping the resort clean and well-maintained. Must be dependable and honest and work well with employees and guests. Requires problem solving skills and training abilities. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, pulling, bending, and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working knowledge and understanding of the proper set-up and placement of rooms.
Update the proper status of rooms in the system.
Notify maintenance of repairs needed in guest rooms and public spaces.
Working knowledge of safe chemical handling as prescribed in the MSDS sheets and practicing safe working conditions, including bloodborne pathogens.
