Housekeeper

• Cleaning & Sanitation: Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, mop all floors, surfaces, fixtures, and windows.
• Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.
• Waste Management: Empty all waste bins and replace liners.
• • Ensure all shredded items are properly discarded.
• Supply Management: Monitor and replenishing cleaning materials and essential supplies (e.g., hand sanitizers, paper goods).
• Area Presentation: Ensure communal areas, offices, and workstations are neat, welcoming, and presentable.
• Deep Cleaning: Perform periodic deep cleaning of high-traffic areas.
• Reporting: Alert management to maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or safety hazards.
• Maintain confidentiality.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBLITY:

• This position does not supervise employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping, cleaning, or janitorial role is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to concentrate and perform responsibilities by maintaining a constant state of focus and mental alertness.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to communicate in person, through email or via telephone with tenants and staff members.
• Ability to sit or stand for an extended period.
