Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in residential or commercial settings.
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
• Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required.
• Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.

Skills

• Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and housekeeping management techniques.
• Ability to perform residential cleaning tasks effectively with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment and using various cleaning products safely.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients and guests.
• Capability to cook basic meals is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently while completing tasks.
