Hudson on the Greenway is hiring a Housekeeper to help keep our apartment community clean, welcoming, and move-in ready.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Keep common areas, offices, and amenities clean and presentable
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment
• Maintain assigned tools and work areas
• Provide professional, friendly service to residents and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred; multifamily, hotel, or commercial experience is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable walking the property and working outdoors as needed
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Comfortable working with cleaning supplies and equipment
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
