Position Overview
As a Housekeeper, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and pleasant environment throughout the community. Your work plays a vital role in supporting the health, safety, and overall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
- Follow daily housekeeping schedules and assigned duties
- Ensure proper sanitation and infection control practices are followed
- Help prevent the spread of infection and eliminate odors
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the community
- Perform all tasks in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Prior housekeeping experience in healthcare or senior living is a plus
