Delivering Solutions that Matter:Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in resident rooms and common areas, following established sanitation and infection-control standards.Perform daily housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and waste removal.Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to facility policies and manufacturer guidelines.Interact with residents in a respectful, courteous, and compassionate manner, supporting their comfort and dignity.Report maintenance needs, safety hazards, or unusual resident concerns promptly to supervisors.Comply with all safety regulations, confidentiality requirements, and community policies.
