Napa Valley Care Center is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! If you take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Housekeeper, you will play an essential role in maintaining the comfort, health, and well-being of our residents by ensuring patient rooms, common areas, and facility spaces are kept spotless and inviting.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure resident satisfaction

• Housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial experience preferred
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping equipment and supplies

Full-Time Stable Schedule
