Napa Valley Care Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to delivering compassionate care in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Our residents deserve the very best, and our housekeeping team plays a vital role in making that happen.

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and maintain floors
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests
• Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff
• Work collaboratively with all departments to support resident care

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for seniors and a commitment to excellent service
• Ability to follow cleaning and infection-control protocols
