Xanitos is hiring for a Part-Time On Call Ambulatory Housekeepers in San Jose, CA.

• Hourly Pay Rate $20.00
• 1st Shift: 7am start
• 2nd Shift: 3pm start
• Must have reliable transportation
• Rotational Weekend Availability

Job Overview:

Keeps premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets.
• Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to all client locations.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Background Screening and Drug Test required
