    About the Role
    Our Housekeepers are essential team members who maintain the overall appeal of our apartment community while displaying warm, friendly personalities. This is a great opportunity for those with general janitorial or cleaning experience to build a career with plenty of room for growth on the Fairfield Property Management Team.

    This is a part-time opportunity offering 25 hours per week with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Hours and schedule are subject to change based on business needs.
    What You'll Do
    Below is a snapshot of what this role is all about. While there is more to it, this is the core focus.

    Property Curb Appeal
    • Perform daily property walks to keep the property looking clean and tidy.
    • Clean common areas such as pools, gyms, laundry rooms, and offices.
    • Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and tile grout.
    Operations
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
    • Notify supervisor when supplies are needed.
    Customer Service
    • Respond to resident and staff needs promptly.
    • Communicate updates and escalate issues as needed.
    Compliance & Safety
    • Follow all safety and OSHA requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    What We're Looking For
    • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum one year of experience as a Housekeeper or similar position is preferred.
    • Ability to speak and understand English.
    • General computer knowledge.
    • Knowledge of and ability to use standard cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays as necessary.
    • Valid driver's license may be required.

    Estimated Rate of Pay:
    $19.32 - $22.05
    This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
