Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina-just 20 minutes from Greenville. Our smaller size creates a quieter, close-knit environment where teamwork truly matters. We are looking for a dependable Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Position Summary

As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Your attention to detail helps ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors throughout the facility
  • Empty trash and replace liners regularly
  • Clean surfaces including walls, windows, mirrors, and fixtures
  • Sanitize high-touch areas such as handrails and equipment
  • Follow all infection control and safety procedures
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in an organized manner
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Ensure a welcoming and respectful environment for residents and visitors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive, reliable, and customer-service-focused attitude
