Duties

  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces throughout the property.
  • Ensure all public areas, hallways, and amenities are tidy, inviting, and well-maintained.
  • Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
  • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate janitorial equipment and eco-friendly products.
  • Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care and industrial cleaning methods.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and guest service expectations is a plus.
  • Experience with janitorial or custodial tasks in commercial or industrial settings enhances your suitability for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
