Position Summary: Ensures cleanliness of the community by performing the following duties.
* Performs all housekeeping duties in residents apartments including vacuuming of carpets, mopping of floors, cleaning bathrooms, high dusting, trash removal and changing bed linens
* Cleaning restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairwells.
* Reports any observed problems or deficiencies in resident services to Executive Director
* Cleans community common areas.
* Performs any other duty upon supervisors request.
