Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Restock supplies, including towels, toiletries, and linens, to enhance guest experience.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpets, upholstery, and windows.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus.
