About the Role: Join the Stowe Motel team as a Housekeeper, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests. With stunning views of the Vermont landscape and a commitment to exceptional service, this position is perfect for those who take pride in their work and enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
Restock supplies, including towels, toiletries, and linens, to enhance guest experience.
Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as carpets, upholstery, and windows.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
Follow safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow and exceptional service.
Requirements:
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be physically able to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds.
Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus.
