Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect rooms and suites to ensure they meet hotel cleanliness standards.
• Complete and verify status reports for housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate with the front desk regarding room availability.
• Oversee the lost and found program.
• Maintain stock levels in supply rooms and carts.
• Assist in inventory management and staff counseling.

Supportive Functions:

• Provide exceptional customer service and information about hotel services.
• Foster team member loyalty and empowerment.
• Perform additional duties as requested to support the team.

Additional Duties:

• Embrace and support the hotel’s culture and corporate policies.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of service standards.
• Maintain regular attendance for successful job performance.
• Adapt to varying schedules as needed in the hospitality industry.
