Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities: • Maintain a clean, safe and sanitary environment in assigned areas. • Clean and disinfect operating rooms and common spaces. • Safely operate and maintain clean equipment and supplies. • Handle, separate, and dispose of regular and biohazardous waste properly. • Follow all infection prevention, safety, and hospital policies. • Work independently and as part of a team to meet department needs.
Education and Experience Required: • 1. High school graduate or G.E.D. preferred. • 2. Previous related experience preferred. • 3. Certified Surgical Cleaning Technician preferred • 4. 1-2 year experience
