HOUSEKEEPER

Overview:

The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping / janitorial duties and light routine maintenance of facilities in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly clean floors, walls, hallways, windows, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and restrooms.
• Maintain laundry center facilities including cleaning of dryer vents.
• Clean amenity areas including pool deck and equipment, fitness center and equipment, kitchens, clubroom, etc.
• Assist in cleaning vacant apartments as needed.
• Assist in handling minor routine maintenance repairs.
• Assist with snow removal.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Demonstrated housekeeping / janitorial or maintenance ability or experience desirable.
• Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
• Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
