Housekeeper - Weekend Program

Location: Trillium Place

Current Opening:

• Part-time, weekends only | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Every other weekend 

• Every third holiday rotation 

The Housekeeper role consists of performing a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure that Tandem Living campuses maintain a high level of cleanliness and a pleasant atmosphere, in accordance with regulations and Tandem Living Housekeeping standards. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• A valid PA driver’s license, with at least two consecutive years of driving experience, is required to operate a company vehicle.

• One to two years of experience in a skilled nursing or retirement facility is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Thoroughly cleans resident rooms, apartments, villas, and bathrooms according to assigned schedules.

• Cleans and restocks supplies in all public areas and public restrooms as assigned.

• Performs deep cleaning and disinfection of resident spaces prior to new admissions or move‑ins, following the deep‑cleaning checklist.

• Follows all daily, weekly, monthly, weekend, and holiday cleaning rotation schedules and completes required housekeeping documentation and audits.

• Cleans interior and exterior windows and doors in assigned areas and uses a step stool or ladder to change all types of curtains as needed.
