Location: Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Wilmington-Christiana
City: Newark, DE
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 5 days per week, including weekdays, weekends, and flexible scheduling based on hotel occupancy and business needs.

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Wilmington-Christiana is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team during our busy hospitality season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in creating clean, welcoming environments and enjoy contributing to exceptional guest experiences.

As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and readiness of guest rooms and common areas, helping ensure every guest enjoys a positive stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas.
• Clean bathrooms and ensure all fixtures are properly sanitized.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Support hotel cleanliness standards in public areas as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room readiness goals.
• Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.
