    Position – Housekeeping Aide 
    Location: East Troy Manor – East Troy, WI (On-site) 
    Status: Full-time  
    Schedule: Days | Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays

    Job Summary: 
    The Housekeeping Aide role at East Troy Manor, helps maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Ideal candidates are dependable, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing a positive experience for seniors and those in care.

    Compensation: 
    • $16.00 - 18.75 per hour dependent on experience

    Key Responsibilities: 
    • Keep the facility clean, fresh and inviting including resident rooms & common areas
    • Provide a friendly presence to residents and visitors
    • Note needed repairs and report them to the housekeeping supervisor
    • All other job duties assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor and Facility Administrator

    Qualifications: 
    Required: 
    • Knowledge of housekeeping tasks - paid training available
    • Must be able to physically lift a maximum of 30#, with frequent waist lifting and/or overhead lifting of 20#.
    • Must be able to push and/or pull with a maximum effort of 20#.
    • Must be able to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day.
       
    Preferred: 
    • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, but we are willing to train
