JOB SUMMARYThis position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the building to guarantee a safe, clean facility. This position is not eligible for remote work.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPerform scheduled cleaning and disinfecting of all areas of the buildingEnsures facility readiness and smooth operation of eventsEnsures housekeeping supply inventory is kept at appropriate levelsKeep all Safety Data Sheets up to dateADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for completion of work orders assigned through managementEnsures a safe environment for all patrons and employees by following the life safety and emergency programProvide clear, concise, and timely communicationJOB QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work with minimal supervisionFamiliar with cleaning products and equipmentAble to work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENTWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle large objects, tools, and carts. Reach, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, talk, and hear for up to 8-14 hours a day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
