Help Create an Exceptional Guest Experience

What You'll Do

As a Room Attendant, you'll be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms

to the high standards our guests expect while helping create an exceptional hospitality experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Clean guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds with fresh linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all guest room areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, mirrors, countertops, showers, tubs, and toilets.
• Replenish guest supplies including toiletries, coffee, cups, and linens.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for arriving guests.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms.
• Maintain housekeeping carts in a clean, organized, and well-stocked condition.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously.
• Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Complete daily assignments and cleaning checklists before the end of each shift.

Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule as business demands.

Physical Requirements

This is a physically active position requiring the ability to:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift throughout the shift.
• Push and pull housekeeping carts.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality standards.
