Candlewood Suites @ NDSU, an extended-stay hotel, is looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our award-winning housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll be responsible for keeping guest rooms clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Because our hotel features fully equipped kitchens and extended-stay accommodations, attention to detail and pride in your work are especially important.

This is an independent, hands-on position where you'll work efficiently on your own while also being part of a team committed to providing an excellent guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and fully equipped kitchens
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms and other guest-room areas
• Replace linens, towels, and other in-room items as needed
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, condition, and quality standards are met
• Identify and replace damaged or missing items
• Complete deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects as assigned
• Communicate maintenance or room-quality concerns to the appropriate departments
• Help maintain a clean, calm, friendly, and comfortable environment for guests and coworkers
• Work independently while cooperating with the housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is helpful but not required. We value reliability, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Schedule

This is a day-shift position starting at 9:00 AM daily.

Housekeeping shifts end once all assigned department work is completed, with a minimum of 4–6 hours per day.

Some weekends and holidays are required.
