    Job Description

    Full-Time Housekeeper Needed – Move out cleans & Apartment Make-Readies
     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM- 5 PM, may include some weekends
    We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper with experience in cleaning residential move out cleans and preparing apartments for new tenants (make-readies). This is a full-time position with flexible hours depending on bookings and turnover schedules.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Perform deep cleans and make-ready services for vacant apartments
    • Change linens, restock supplies, and ensure a hotel-like presentation
    • Report damages, maintenance needs, or inventory shortages
    • Follow cleaning checklists and property standards
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in housekeeping, especially with residential move outs, hotels, or apartment turnovers
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
    • Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
    • Must have access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication
    • Availability on weekends and some holidays preferred
