Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the housekeeping team,follow-up of complaints, and all housekeeping-related customer service concerns and resolve any problems efficiently. Responsible to maintain inventory records of cleaning and other supplies, and request purchasing of materials and equipment maintenance services.
