Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning operations
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities for cleanliness
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
- Manage housekeeping inventory and supplies
- Prepare staff duty rosters and schedules
- Train housekeeping attendants and new employees
- Coordinate with maintenance and front office departments
- Handle guest complaints and special requests
