This role plays a critical part in inspecting rooms, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting team members through coaching, feedback, and adherence to departmental procedures and safety protocols. Your ability to lead staff, uphold quality expectations, and respond promptly to guest and operational needs directly contributes to the efficiency of the department and the overall guest experience. By fostering a positive and professional work environment while ensuring service excellence, you help reinforce the high standards that define Live! Casino & Hotel.
