Paradise Lakes Resort is currently seeking dependable and energetic individuals to join our Facility Cleaning Staff team. We are a clothing-optional resort, and all employees are required to wear uniforms while working.
Applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Reliability is a must.
This hands-on position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment throughout the resort. We provide paid, on-the-job training and offer an exciting opportunity to work in a unique hospitality setting while supporting the comfort and experience of our guests and members.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated resort areas including:
- Restrooms
- Offices
- Hotel rooms
- Nightclubs
- Indoor and outdoor bars
- Pool deck areas
- Play areas
- Common spaces
- Sweep, mop, sanitize, dust, and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property
- Restock supplies and maintain organization of cleaning stations
- Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist in maintaining an inviting and professional resort atmosphere
Qualifications & Skills
- Must be 21 years of age and older

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
