ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect Guest Rooms
- Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas to ensure they meet established cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards.
- Verify Room Readiness
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, proper setup, functioning amenities, and readiness for guest occupancy before releasing rooms to Front Desk.
- Identify and Report Deficiencies
- Identify cleaning, maintenance, damage, or safety concerns and communicate issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain Quality Standards
- Ensure housekeeping employees consistently follow department standards, cleaning procedures, checklists, and established service expectations.
- Provide Feedback and Coaching
- Communicate inspection results with housekeeping team members and provide coaching or direction when standards are not met.
- Coordinate Room Priorities
- Work closely with Housekeeping Supervisors, Front Desk, and other departments to prioritize rooms based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, VIPs, and operational needs.
- Conduct Public Area Inspections
- Inspect assigned public areas, hallways, elevators, employee areas, and other designated spaces to ensure they are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Monitor Safety and Sanitation
- Identify potential safety hazards, sanitation concerns, or policy violations and ensure they are promptly addressed and documented.
- Document Inspection Results
- Accurately record inspection findings, room status, deficiencies, and follow-up actions using the property's designated systems or documentation processes.
- Support Guest Experience
- Maintain a strong focus on guest satisfaction by ensuring rooms and public areas meet the property's standards for cleanliness, comfort, appearance, and overall presentation.
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
Qualification Requirements:
Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations, rules and regulations. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
One (1) or more years of recent and related successful experience in hotel housekeeping experience.

$19.00- 23.00 hour based on experience Full Time and Part Time available.
