What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces according to Hilton and 6PM Hospitality standards
- Make beds, change linens, scrub bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities
- Handle laundry and maintain organized housekeeping carts and storage areas
- Report maintenance issues, room damage, or guest concerns to supervisors
- Inspect rooms for quality, safety, and compliance
- Assist Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeeper with task assignments, lost & found, and daily operations as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and keep team morale high
- Follow all safety procedures, operational processes, and brand standards
Who You Are
- Guest-focused, reliable, and professional
- Detail-oriented and physically able to lift 30+ lbs, stand, walk, and bend frequently
- Able to adapt to varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communicator and team player
