What you have
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years operations, housekeeping and/or customer service experience in a similar field of work
Exceptional customer service skills
High emotional intelligence
Genuine desire to help others
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to interact patiently, tactfully, and diplomatically with internal and external guests
Bilingual a plus
What you’ll do
Conduct inspections of units for cleanliness and condition of furnishings between guests
Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner
Monitor property during stated coverage hours, including evenings and weekends to ensure a quiet and peaceful environment for all residents
Maintain friendly and welcoming attitude towards guests
Maintain professional relationship with apartment community management and all staff.
